These terms are designed to govern the activities of our website visitors and outline the relationship between our visitors and Drivo Valet.
What do our Terms & Conditions cover?
​​1. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Drivo Valet

Drivo Valet reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings at its discretion (e.g. unsafe conditions, incorrect information)

2. Cancellation, Refunds & Amendments​

No refund will be provided once the vehicle has been collected or the driver is en route
-
Date/time changes are subject to driver availability and may incur additional charges
-
Drivo Valet reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational constraints

3. Waiting Time & Delays
-
A 30-minute grace period applies from the confirmed pick-up time.

Waiting beyond 30 minutes may result in:

Additional waiting charges; or
-
Job cancellation without refund; or
-
Re-allocation of the job to another time slot

Drivo Valet is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. workshops, car parks, security clearance)

4. Vehicle Condition & Eligibility

Vehicles must be:
-
Road-legal and in safe driving condition
-
Properly insured
-
Free of mechanical defects that may compromise safety

Drivo Valet reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles deemed unsafe

Customers must disclose:
-
Warning lights, transmission issues, brake problems, etc
-
Modified vehicles with special driving requirements

5. Transmission & Driving Instructions

Customers must declare the vehicle’s transmission type (Auto / Manual)
-
Special driving instructions (e.g. sports mode, keyless entry, aftermarket immobilisers) must be disclosed at booking

Drivo Valet shall not be liable for issues arising from undisclosed or incorrect vehicle information

6. Liability & Damage Disclaimer

Drivo Valet drivers will exercise reasonable care while operating the vehicle

Drivo Valet is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
-
Mechanical or electrical failures
-
Normal wear and tear
-

Any claims for damage must be:
-
Reported immediately upon vehicle handover

Supported with photographic evidence
-

Liability, if any, is capped in accordance with car owner's applicable insurance coverage

7. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing all personal valuables prior to handover

Drivo Valet is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

8. Insurance & Accidents

All drivers are covered under Drivo Valet’s applicable insurance policies

In the event of an accident:

Drivo Valet will follow standard accident reporting procedures

Customers agree to cooperate fully in investigations and claims
-

Drivo Valet is not responsible for consequential losses (e.g. loss of use, workshop delays)

9. Route & Usage Restrictions

Vehicles will be driven via the most reasonable and practical routes

Vehicles will not be used for:

Personal errands
-
Testing performance
-
Unauthorized stops
-

GPS or dashcam data may be used for dispute resolution

10. Force Majeure

Drivo Valet shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

Severe weather
-
Road closures
-
Accidents involving third parties
-
Government restrictions
-

11. Compliance & Conduct

Customers must provide accurate and truthful information at booking
-
Abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour towards drivers may result in immediate termination of service without refund

12. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts
